AVAILABILITY

Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our on line store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods/ Claims and Errors

PlantNGo, LLC inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities. PlantNGo, LLC uses locally sourced nurseries as its shipper.

There are NO RETURNS after the plant is installed on your property.

No Liability for damage to underground structures or to asphalt and/or concrete.  PlantNGo is not responsible for any damage caused to any type of in-ground or underground structure, including, but not limited to, television and/or telephone cabling, underground storage tanks, sprinkler systems, gas and/or electric lines, and drain tiles. Customer further holds PlantNGo harmless from any damage caused to any asphalt or concrete sidewalks and/or driveways.

  1. How long will it take to process my order?
    Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed the next business week. If you ordered an item that is out-of-stock, you will receive an email with the expected shipping date. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock.
  2. How do you ship my order?
    Our standard shipment method is local delivery from locally sourced nurseries. Faster shipping methods and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge. Please contact PlantNGo, LLC to make arrangements for any special shipping needs for your order.

Return/Refund Policy

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 262-443-4995 to contact a representative.

At PlantNGo, LLC we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process.

There are NO RETURNS after the plant is installed on your property.

PlantNGo, LLC will process an exchange before installation. We will assess a 20% restocking fee with delivery cost for all exchanges.  The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount the difference will be credited.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM PlantNGo, LLC WHEN EXCHANGING AN ITEM.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

PlantNGo, LLC goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control.  We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.

Warranty

It is up to the customer to be able to provide proper acclimation to the plants.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have in this process.  PlantNGo will not be held liable for plants that do not survive acclimation, including but not limited to lack of water or irrigation.

This warranty does not include coverage of the following:

damage or loss of trees, plants or ground covers caused by fires, floods, lightning, freezing rains, heavy winds and/or heavy storms, winter kill caused by extreme cold and severe winter conditions not typical of planting area, natural disasters, animal rubbing or animal eating.

We reserve the right to hold an order based on shipping conditions in your area. We reserve the right to cancel an order if necessary planting kit is not purchased with the order. If the weather in your area is unsafe to receive perishable items, we reserve the right to cancel & refund your order

This warranty does not include transportation, labor or other consequential and incidental costs or damages.

All PlantNGo, LLC products comes backed by a 10-day limited warranty.

PlantNGo, LLC warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for 10 days from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects.

Website Security Methods and Fraud Prevention

All transactions are conducted in a secure environment to protect against fraudulent observation and/or use. We do not store your financial information on the web site such as credit card information.

Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by Www.PlantNGo.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in transmission. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.

Payments

We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via; MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.

(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10 Day waiting period for the check to clear).  All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.  Buyer shall pay interest on all past-due amounts at the rate equal to the lower of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by applicable law, and Seller may recover all costs of collection including attorney’s fees. Currency in which transactions on www.PlantNGo.com will be conducted is in United States currency.
